The AcornPay Dashboard gives you full visibility over your payments, payouts, and Stripe account details. From here, you can track incoming payments, monitor payouts to your bank account, and manage your financial settings.
Access AcornPayFrom the menu, go to Finance → AcornPay
Payments TabOpen the Payments tab
You’ll see a list of all payments made by parents
Use the filters to search by:
Amount
Date
Status
Parent email address
Click on a payment status to open more details
This will show why a payment may have failed
Payouts TabOpen the Payouts tab
See all payouts sent from Stripe to your bank account
View your Total Balance
See your next payout date at the bottom right
Update Payout SettingsClick See details on the right
In the popup, select Update payout settings
Documents TabView and download your monthly tax statements from Stripe
Tax TabView your tax address and product tax code
Click Edit to update these details
