There are two ways to record a deposit in AcornCloud, depending on whether the child is still on the Applications list or already in the Active Children directory. Follow the steps below for your scenario.
Child Is Still in Applications (Waiting List)Go to Applications from the left-hand menu.
Search for the child’s name and click on their name to view their profile.
Open the Bookings tab.
In the Deposit section on the left-hand side, click Manage Deposit.
Fill in the following details:
Deposit amount received
Deposit date
Description (optional)
Turn on the toggle to send a confirmation email to parents if desired.
Click Update Deposit Details to save.
(Optional) Change the application status at the top to Deposit Received.
Child Is Already Enrolled / in Active ChildrenGo to Directory → Children from the menu on the left.
Search for the child and tap on their name to open their profile.
Tap the Bookings tab.
In the Deposit section, click Manage Deposit.
Enter the following:
Deposit amount received
Deposit date
Description (optional)
Turn on the confirmation email toggle if you’d like to notify parents.
Click Update Deposit Details to save.
