Log In to Your Staff PortalGo to acorncloud.app on your laptop, computer, or phone.
Log in through your web browser (instead of the Room Lounge tablet)
Open Your ProfileTap your name in the top-right corner.
Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Schedule TabOpen the Schedule tab.
Tap the Leave Application button.
Apply for LeaveTap Apply For Leave (top right of the screen)
From the dropdown, select your Leave Type.
Add your Start and End Dates.
Enter the times you would normally have worked.
Add a note if needed (e.g. Family event or Medical appointment)
Tap Apply For Leave to send your request.
Manage Your ApplicationYour leave request is sent to your manager for approval.
You can tap Edit to update your dates, times, or note any time before approval.

Be clear in your notes — it helps managers review faster.
If you have any related documents that you’ve uploaded be sure to call it out in your note.
