Learn how to record optional training, manage mandatory training types, add training records with expiry reminders, and upload certificates for staff.
Open the Staff Member’s ProfileGo to Directory → Staff from the left menu.
Tap View Staff on the team member you want to update.
Open the Staff Training TabIn the staff profile, select the Staff Training tab.
Add Optional TrainingUnder Additional Training, tap Add Another.
Enter the Training Name, Completed Date, and Expiry Date.
Set Certificate Uploaded to Yes or No.
Tap Save.
Manage Mandatory Training Types (Service-wide)Tap Manage Training.
To add a new mandatory type, tap Add Training, enter the name, and Save.
Add a Mandatory Training Record (for this Staff Member)Back on the Staff Training tab, tap Add Another.
Select the training name from your Mandatory Training list.
Add Completed Date and Expiry Date.
Set Certificate Uploaded to Yes/No.
Tap Save.
Upload the CertificateOpen the Documents tab in the staff profile.
Tap Add Another and upload the certificate from your files.

Always add expiry dates to trigger reminders in Important Dates Calendar.
Upload certificates in Documents and set Certificate Uploaded = Yes on the record for quick audits.
