📝 Finding Your Public Application Form

Every service in AcornCloud has its own public application form that parents can use to apply for enrolment. Managers can easily find and copy this link to share on their website, social media, or anywhere families might discover your service.

1. Open the Application Screen

• From the left-hand menu, go to Applications under Directory.

2. Locate Your Public Application Form

• Your public application form link will appear near the top right on this screen.

3. Copy the Link

• On desktop: right-click the link and choose Copy Link Address

• On tablet: tap and hold the link, then select Copy Link Address

Once copied, you can share the link anywhere — in emails, on your website, or social posts — to make it easy for parents to apply.
