Compliance audits in AcornCloud help you keep track of important checks and requirements for your service. Easily create and customise audit templates — either from scratch or by using our library — to ensure they match the needs of your setting.
Open the Audits TabFrom the left-hand menu, tap Audits.
Here you’ll see all audits currently set up for your service.
Create a New TemplateTap New Template (top right).
Choose to:
Start a new template from scratch.
Customise a prebuilt one from the Library.
Choose or Build Your TemplateBrowse the library for a template similar to what you need.
Tap the template to select it.
Scroll down and tap Next: Setup Template to start customising.
Edit Audit DetailsIn the audit builder, tap the name or instructions to edit them.
On the right-hand side, you can customise:
Audit type
Frequency
Start and end dates
Customise Sections & ItemsAudits are organised into Sections (these are the headers staff see when completing the audit)
To edit an item:
Tap the arrow to open it
Adjust settings such as:
Required field or optional
Helper text
Field type (e.g. dropdown, text, checkbox)
Dropdown options (if relevant)
Tap the red trash icon to remove an item.
Add New Items or SectionsTap Add Fields to create a new audit item.
Fill in the field details, just like with existing items.
To rearrange items: tap and hold a field or section to move it up or down.
Tap New Section at the bottom to add a new section (managed the same way as the first one).
Save Your AuditWhen you’re happy with the audit, or if you want to return later, tap Create Audit.
Your new audit will now be saved under the Audits tab.
You can return at any time and tap Manage Template to make changes.
