📷 Adding Photos and Videos

Here’s how to share photos and videos from your room activities while keeping everything neat and within size limits.

1. Select the Activity Type

• Choose the New Update activity type.

• Make sure all the children involved in the activity are selected.

• Tap Next to move on.

2. Add Title and Media

• Add in the title of the post and any comments.

• You can upload up to 10 files at a time.

• Each file must be no larger than 50 MB.

• The total size of all files together must not be more than 200 MB.

• Tap the upload box and select the files you want to attach.
  

Not sure how big a file is?
• Open your tablet’s Gallery app.
• Select the file, then tap Details/Information to confirm its size.

3. Submit the Activity

• Once you’ve filled out all required fields and uploaded your files, tap Submit.

Best Practices

• Compress large video files before uploading if needed.

• Upload in batches if you have lots of files, so you stay within the limits.

• Double-check the children selected before submitting.
