Select ChildrenFrom the All tab, tap the portraits of the children involved in the incident.
Tap the Activity button at the bottom of the screen.
From the activity pop-up, select Incident from the options at the top.
Update the time the incident took place and adjust the child list if needed using the drop-down menu.
Set Privacy & Parent VisibilityIf you want to save it as a draft or delay notifying parents (for example, if you want to call them first), tap the Private Activity checkbox.
While filling out the form, use the Visible to Parents toggle to control which fields parents will be to see on their copy of the report.
SignaturesStaff can sign the incident form directly on the tablet.
Managers can also sign here, or they can sign from their own tablets if unavailable at the time.
To collect parent signatures, use the Add Parent Signature button at the bottom of the report if they haven’t signed via their portal.
Sending Reports to ParentsAt the bottom of the form, tap the checkbox to send the report via email to parents.
If unchecked, parents will only see it in their portal once you make it visible.
Reviewing & Updating ReportsSubmitted reports appear under the Activities tab in Children View, where you can tap to reopen and edit details.
In Timeline View, reports show in the same format parents will see, minus any hidden fields.
The Reminders page (menu on the left) lists reports missing signatures or important information.
Best PracticesRecord incidents as soon as possible to ensure accuracy.
Use the private option when contacting parents first is necessary.
Collect signatures promptly from staff, managers, and parents.
Review the Reminders page regularly to follow up on incomplete reports.
