🎓 Accessing the AcornHub Training Portal

AcornHub is your dedicated training space for learning how to use AcornCloud. This guide will walk you through accepting your invitation, setting up your profile, and accessing your training courses.

Accept Your Invitation

• Once you've been added to AcornHub, you’ll receive an invitation email

• Search your inbox for “AcornHub”

• Check your Updates or Spam folders if you don’t see it

Note:
If you haven’t accepted your invitation, you won’t be able to log in or access any courses.

Activate Your Account

• Click Accept Invitation in the email

• Enter your name and create a password

• Tick the checkbox

• Click Accept Invitation to continue

Set Up Your Profile

• You’ll be asked to customise your profile

• All fields are optional — only fill in what you’re comfortable with

• Scroll to the bottom and click:

  • Continue to save, or

  • Skip to move on

Access Your Training Courses

• After joining, a welcome message will appear

• Click the button to go directly to Courses

All available training will appear here, along with a progress bar to track your learning.

Which Courses Should You Take?

• Room Staff: AcornCloud for Educators

• Managers: Manager and Finance courses

Bookmark the Training Hub

We recommend bookmarking the Courses page for quick access:

Troubleshooting

• Haven’t received your invite?
  → Search for “AcornHub” in your email

• Still can’t find it?
  → Contact support and we’ll resend your invitation

• Can’t access courses?
  → Make sure you are logged in and have accepted your invite
