Manage authorised collectors for children in your service. Add new collectors, update contact details, or archive collectors to ensure children are only collected by approved adults.
Open the Childβs ProfileFrom the menu on the left, go to Directory β Children
Search for and select the child you want to update
Go to the Family TabAt the top of the childβs profile, tap the Family tab
The βRelated Collectorsβ section at the bottom is where collectors are managed
Add a New CollectorClick the + Add Another button
Fill in the collectorβs details (name, contact info, relationship, etc.)
Tap Assign Collector to save
The collector is now authorised to collect the child.
Update or Archive a CollectorUse the Edit button to update a collectorβs details
Use the toggle under the Archived column to archive a collector who should no longer collect the child
Archived collectors remain on record but are no longer active.
Good to KnowParents can also add collectors from the Parent Portal
Any changes made here update instantly across the system
Archived collectors can be re-enabled at any time if needed
