This guide shows managers how to view or update a staff member’s Room Lounge access code (PIN) from the staff directory. Each code is unique to the staff member and allows them to log in securely to Room Lounge for their shifts.
Open the Staff DirectoryFrom the menu on the left, go to Directory → Staff.
You’ll see a list of all staff members in your service.
Select the Staff MemberClick on the name of the staff member whose access code you want to view or update.
This will open their staff profile.
Go to the Account TabIn their profile, click on the Account tab at the top.
Scroll to the bottom of the Account Details section.
View or Update the Access CodeYou’ll see the staff member’s 4-digit access code at the bottom of the page.
Tap the
eye icon to view the current code.
Or tap Update Access Code to set a new one.
Best PracticeEncourage staff to choose a unique and memorable code (not 0000 or 1234).
Codes can be updated anytime if forgotten or compromised.
Keep access codes private — they function as individual digital signatures in Room Lounge.
