🔐 Viewing & Updating Your Own Access Code

Your access code is your personal 4-digit PIN for signing into Room Lounge.
Here’s how to find or update it anytime from your staff account

1. Log Into Your Staff Account

• Go to acorncloud.app and log in using your work email address.

2. Open Your Profile

• Tap your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

• From the dropdown, select Profile.

3. Go to the Account Tab

• Head over to the Account tab at the top of your profile page.

• Scroll down to the Account Details section.

4. View or Update Your Access Code

• At the bottom of the Account Details, you’ll see your Access Code.

• Tap the eye icon to view it, or select Update Access Code to set a new 4-digit code.

Best Practice

• Keep your code private — it’s unique to your staff login.

• If you forget your code, you can update it anytime from your profile.

• Use a number that’s easy for you to remember, but not too obvious (avoid 0000 or 1234).
