Your access code is your personal 4-digit PIN for signing into Room Lounge.
Here’s how to find or update it anytime from your staff account 
Log Into Your Staff AccountGo to acorncloud.app and log in using your work email address.
Open Your ProfileTap your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown, select Profile.
Go to the Account TabHead over to the Account tab at the top of your profile page.
Scroll down to the Account Details section.
View or Update Your Access CodeAt the bottom of the Account Details, you’ll see your Access Code.
Tap the eye icon to view it, or select Update Access Code to set a new 4-digit code.
Best PracticeKeep your code private — it’s unique to your staff login.
If you forget your code, you can update it anytime from your profile.
Use a number that’s easy for you to remember, but not too obvious (avoid 0000 or 1234).
