Add and manage children’s immunisation records directly from their profile to keep all health information up to date and securely stored.
Access the Child’s ProfileFrom the left-hand menu, go to Directory → Children.
Use the search bar to find the child you want to update.
Click the child’s name to open their profile.
Add an Immunisation RecordScroll down to the Immunisations section.
Tap Add Another at the bottom of that section.
In the pop-up, select the immunisation name from the dropdown list.
Add a New Immunisation Type (if not listed)If the record you need isn’t listed, tap Manage Immunisations below the dropdown.
Click Add Immunisation (top-right).
Type the name of the new immunisation in the field that appears at the bottom.
Tap Save Immunisations.
Complete the Immunisation DetailsSelect the correct immunisation from the dropdown.
Add the following details:
Child’s age at the time of immunisation
Location where it was administered
Date of immunisation
Comment (optional)
Tap Save to record it.

Regularly review the Manage Immunisations list to ensure it includes all current vaccines.
